Later that day, yes, the same day, he came to look at the roof problem. He gave me an estimate right there and then. I scheduled an appointment to have the repairs done (the estimate was a good price for what was being done). They showed up, did all the work necessary and no problems since. “Estimate given on price of work was very reasonable, and estimator was open and up-front about scope of work that was needed. They tore off my entire roof, including decking, and replaced it within 4 days. Also re-flashed my chimney. Person who did my estimating was on site and working with his crew, and was always available to answer my questions, with a smile. They brought their own generator so I did not incur electrical charges, and did a nice clean up job when they were done. So far, no more leaking roof!!!”

“The company representative came by the day after we called, to review the problem and give an estimate. He came right on time, and he spent over an hour reviewing the problems and suggested solutions. Once the best solution was agreed on, he had to go over the entire thing with my partner… and he did it patiently and with a smile. He wasn’t rushed and seemed eager to find the right solution for us. He did not know when the work would be done, since they were quite busy, and he said he’d try to get it done that week. The work was done the following week, and seems extremely well done. A chimney leak we’ve had 2 other companies attempt to fix is now finally fixed. The price was reasonable. They also presented insurance certificates for their workers. I highly recommend them.”
